  1. I have to say I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Mazda Chomedey location in Montreal, Quebec.. I received my vehicle on Nov-06-2018 purchased with Salesman Fabien Rosiau and the vehicle that was presented to me is not at all what I ordered. I would like to know how to proceed with a complaint. If someone can please contact me i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

  2. Be careful when buying a used Mazda 3

Be careful when buying a used Mazda 3.

When I was looking for a used car, I was assured by others that a Mazda 3 would be the best car for me.
I bought a used 2012 and in 2017 at 75,000 km the drive shaft started making noises. The noise has gotten much worse.
Mazda will not do a thing warranty-wise about this problem. I am so disgusted with their attitude that I will never buy another Mazda.

  3. Not good service at august Mazda in Kelowna, bc…..didn’t even take the tire off when I took car in for a caliper/ brake recall and I asked them to check pads and rotors….recall could cause breaks to drag…..then I talked to Mazda canada,,,he was just as rude and he wouldn’t let me talk to a manager……not good service at either place

  4. Mazda 2 rear window glass was exploded while driving

Mazda 2 rear window glass was exploded while driving. I thought it was a gun shot when I heard the loud sound. When I see from the rear mirror, my rear window glass was exploded. I explained this to Mazda Brampton dealer, they said that cannot happen, I should have hit my car. I was disappointed with this answer as it was early morning and I was the only one on the road when the glass exploded. I am still on the warranty period. Will this cover by the warranty?
