  1. Are your managers often told to say " You can buy this stuff or get the fuck out" to customers?

    I have been a regular customer of the McDonald’s in Windsor, Ontario. It’s address is 7777 Tecumseh Rd. East. I came through your drive through on Sunday, October 28, 2018 early in the morning just after midnight. I asked to speak to the manager. He was young with brown hair. We got into a disagreement* where both of us raised our voices before telling me to either pay for the stuff or “get the fuck out”. I left without purchasing my food. I felt that was entirely unnecessary thing to say to a customer. With the exception of this experience I have enjoyed coming to your location and have previously only dealt with nice staff members.

    *The disagreement was over apple pies. Your company sells them at approximately $0.50 cheaper if you buy two. I wanted to buy two but they only had one available. I was told that I could wait 15 minutes for a second. I declined as I came for fast food. I said I wanted the pie but I didn’t want to pay full price since I would be paying $0.50 less per pie if they had two available. I wanted to pay that price. 1 pie costs about $1.39 whereas 2 pies cost for both about $1.79 ($0.89 each). I shouldn’t have to pay the inflated price when I wanted two in the first place for the reduced individual price.

  2. I often visit the Macdonalds at 227/Lougheed Hgy Maple Ridge. The service has been in a downfall for months especially since the start of Skip the Dishes when customers are considered last in preference |as told to me by a member of staff). 25mins for 2 coffees is unacceptable. I also understand that 17year olds are often managers. There are many other fast food restaurants in the area most of which have way better service which is frequently where I choose to take my custom.

  3. Bad service thorold stone stanely ave Niagara falls Ontario

    I visited mcdonalds on thorold stone and stanely Avenue niagara falls ontario this early morning. I ordered a junior chicken with bacon fries and coffee combo. The food was good but my coffee was cold. I asked for a new one they told me to pull up and park in drive thru waiting area. So I did I waited for over 20 minutes. My mother went to the window and nobody answered. I had to go on Google search and call the store they said they were coming. When I asked they said someone came out. Nobody came nobody was at window or answer speaker. I had to call the phone and no coffee. So I asked for my money back. Do you think it’s right to treat customer like that. I waited and watched whole time.

  4. Drive thru employee calls police and accused me of being drunk

    Hello, I visited your establishment on Sunday April 26th,2020 around 9pm, I went to the drive thru, I ordered my food, went to the pick up window and paid, was told to pull up front and wait for my food so I did. Within a few minutes I had police block off my car, come to my window and tell me that your employee had called them and said I was drunk, your employee brings me my food that I can’t eat now because I’m being interrogated by the police due to a call your employee had made with no evidence whatsoever or behaviour to even give them any idea that I may have been drinking in the mere seconds it took at the window to tap my card, So now I’m stuck in the drive thru, two police cars everyone looking at me like I have done something wrong. I had not been drinking at all, and now have been asked to take a breathilizer to prove it, neither of the two police cars there had one, police tell me I’m being detained until the test gets there, so now I had to wait for a third car to bring a breathilizer. Finally they get there with it and I have to take it to prove I have not been drinking at all, I take it in the drive thru with everyone looking at me like I had done something wrong,, it comes back 0, this proves to the officer what I had said that I had not been drinking,so I get a sorry for the misunderstanding and I am free to go, eat my food that is now cold, and I’m completely unamused by the visit I just had at your establishment due to a call made by your drive thru employee. My passenger and myself were not pleased at all with the service we received, due to the false alligations, the embarrassment, and our cold food. I would like to know what you can do for me to rectify the situation, I look forward to hearing from you both soon
