Volkswagen AG purchased 19.9% of Suzuki Motor Corporation which is the biggest shareholder in Suzuki. The company has automobile plant in Kosai, Shizuoka and production plant for medium to large motorcycles were built in Toyokawa, Aichi and Japan.
