Saya membeli Huawei P30 Pro di SenQ KB Mall Kota Bharu. Setelah pembayaran di buat melalui kad kredit saya yang juga dipotong point kad kredit saya, saya di beritahu bahawa warna crystal tiada. Pada awalnya saya diberitahu bahawa warna crystal ada oleh pekerjanya. Saya bersetuju untuk membeli telefon tersebut kerana mereka berkata adanya warna crystal tersebut. Setelah itu, saya berjumpa dengan pengurus di situ, beliau dengan bongkaknya berkata saya boleh membatalkan pembelian tersebut dan duit saya akan di refund balik dua minggu lagi. Beliau juga tidak sepatah pun meminta maaf malah dengan muka merah tidak mahu bertanggungjawab dengan kejadian tersebut. Saya cukup kesal dengan sikapnya. Bila saya menanyakan bila saya akan mendapat telefon tersebut, beliau tidak dapat memberi jawapan. Malah berkali- kali menyuruh saya membatalkan pembelian tersebut. Ini adalah sikap yang tidak baik bagi seorang pengurus.Beliau sepatutnya meminta maaf dan bercakap dengan baik terhadap pelanggan seperti saya. Bukan sekali saya membeli dengan SenQ. Ia adalah mimpi buruk kepada saya. Mungkin ini kali terakhir saya membeli dengan SenQ.
