Poor customer sevice
The worst customer service I’ve seen in my life.
1. Your survey is a waste of your customer’s time. Doesn’t allow to say what actually happened.
2. Came for an item that showed on line the store had 20 of them. Upon arrival there were none on display. We asked customer service and affirmed they had lots of them. However the staff said they were in the back and couldn’t access them. Before we could get the item we had to pay for it. Sight unseen. That’s wrong. We were promised anytime after 8am the next day it would be there for us. We came at 10 the next morning and we told the item is not available. And went thru the same story of not being able to find it. Finally the store manager went right to it. It was not in the back but 2 rows over on the top. The second day we waited 20 minutes for the product we were assured would be ready by 8 am. Why would we come back??
We recently Purchased decking material from your store in Leduc,Ab. The transaction was processed through our charge card. A few days after the purchase we received a phone call from a telemarketer asking us if we wish to finance our purchase through them. This tells me that someone in your organization had to have shared our purchase with this telemarketing group – they knew we purchased decking material,charged it and had enough info to find our telephone number. We have tried to find an explanation from the local manager with no results. Unless someone can give us a reasonable explanation as to what took place we will no longer do any business with RONA.
tried ordering isopropyl alcohol from ur store which has 10-4 litre jugs in stock. but this item is not available through online ordering, but in stock at the rymal rd, hamilton store so nobody can get to buy it. doesnt make sense.
Growing a beard waiting for customer support to answer the phone
Every time I call your Customer Support phone number I’m on hold due to “large call volumes” (you mean regular call volume but you have no staff) for pretty much an hour each time to get someone on the line! Unacceptable! I finally get through and confirm my online order number (issue with the order) and confirm my name, address and PHONE NUMBER, only to have the support rep not be able to hear me for all of 3 seconds and HANG UP ON ME!!! And do you think this person could possibly call me back, even after confirming my PHONE NUMBER 10 seconds ago?!?! Nope. Both useless and ridiculous. Rona needs to just die out and go away.
