Horrible Airline
I have been trying to fill in a “Feedback Form” and it keeps rejecting me after spending five minutes in each option and jumping through the hoops. If I call the “customer care” there is the enver ending wait.
It is obvious that Qantas is not interested in hearing from their cusstomers unless they are corporate or first class. Just be sincere an say that upfront. I am still waiting for a refund and cannot find anyone to talk to.
Shame on you Qantas.
