  1. Queries on Nissan Sylphy Spare Parts

    I have written 2 emails to your TCEAS pertaining to the follow queries on 7/4/17 and 13/4/17 but no receive no reply. I guess TCEAS will never reply to their customer email anymore. Anyway, I hope you will be able to answer my queries as below:

    I went to your Kuching Service Centre last month for a knocking sound problem in my car and I was told that I had to replace the Rocker Cover Assy, LH & RH Front Strut, RR Shock Absorber, RHS & LHS Lower Arm, and Rod & Bush Stab in order to solve my problem. I have paid in full all these spare parts on 22 march 2017 (Receipt No. KC3OR126443 and KC3OR126444) and I was told to wait for my parts to be delivered.
    Yesterday I checked with your Kuching Service Centre and I was informed that the spare parts are not been delivered nor they have any clues when the parts will be delivered.
    Therefore, I am writing hoping someone in position and knowledge to advise me when the following parts will be delivered and the reason of the long lead time of deliver.
    1. Rocker Cover Assy
    2. LH & RH Front Strut
    3. RR Shock Absorber
    4. RHS & LHS Lower Arm
    5. Stabilizer Rod Bush.

  2. Vibration and unexplained sound on right front wheel

    Hi i am zulkifli, driving almera since 2016, on 30 June 2019 i have replaced the front wheel brake disc after recommended from the nissan authorized mechanic in Kota Bharu, there are very strong vibration and sound appears after i drove my car back. i when comeback to service center they try to fixed up the problem but its still the same. Can you please tells what is going on with your car.
