CHRISTMAS PARTY REFRESHMENTS
Dear Sir/ Madam
REQUESTING REFRESHMENTS FOR THE CHILDREN-YOUTH CHRISTMAS PARTY
We are a non-profit national socio-educational Foundation helping to fund the education of needy children in the deep rural areas of South Africa. Our Executive Committee will be hosting 200 children and youth on the Sunday 16th December 2018 in Osizweni, Newcastle. We earnestly request McDonald to provide us with any form of refreshments for these young people.
Our “guests” age ranges from 8-15 years old. We will also give them gifts such as school shoes, books, English dictionaries, sanitary toys (100 packets) and toys.
It is against this background that we are appealing for any form of assistance. We will also send you detailed Report on this Party, pictures and letters of appreciation from this contingent of young people. This is our Standing Rule for any project we pursue.

Complaint
Kuilsriver Mc Donald’s did not have any soft drinks due to no water this evening. At the drive through I was told of the problem and that I could choose between a power rade, milkshake or a ice tea. I then choose a power rade and was charged a extra R8.60 even thought I paid for a meal. I spoke to the manager and all she said yes and did not offer any alternative and that she could not give everyone a Powerade. We informed her but that was the obtain given to us when driving thru.
I can not be paying for a meal when the complete meal as advertised can not be served/sold. Surely there should be a plan B in these type of instances.
