    Shocking service. Firstly sent a request on their website to book a service. No responce so phoned the dealership direcrly no answer and all the ask is your contact detail but have not called back. I phone the customer care line but first person that answer the phone does not even answer in professional manner. All I got was hello. All people that I have dealt with has such morbit tone in their voice and sounds like they are doing us a favour by answering and assisting. I dont even know why I waste my time typing this as it will just be another review of complaint and I will have somebody phone me with a standardized apology and the fact of the matter is nothing will happen to this at all

    Good morning
    I brought a Polo at your dealership in Bethlehem kia motors in June and I have been trying to get my spare key and boot board from the sales manager who coordinated the sales but to date I have received nothing. I have sent him mails around the matter and I have not received anything from him. Please advise on the matter

  3. Not happy with Kia service

    Bought my second new kia, Awesome car by the way. Sadly my experience with customer care is disapointing, after being told I need to pay R900.00 for wiper blades for a car I’ve only owened for less than two months 😔. Still waiting for bubbles on my smash and grab to be fixed for three weeks now. Totally disappointed all I’m getting from Kia customer care is “we’ll call you back” three times already

    i need advice please. I send my vehicle for service to KIA Bloemfontein and on my way to Capt Town, 35 km after Colesberg my engine went dead.
    i did not experience any problems with my vehicle before taking it in to KIA for the service.

    It came down that nothing went wrong at the dealer side as it was inspected by them to verify whether it was their fault or not.

    So please advice. Could this happen after the servicing or how could something like that happen? Please I need an answer

  6. Why do the parts take forever to arrive . When you purches a car they guarantee you parts will not be a problem.?

    Hi Kia is a nightmare to deal with my Sportage is in from the 19th November waiting for parts from where ever. Try to contact customer care they don’t even k ow where the parts is . We booked a road trip from the 15th December but have to cancell due to my car still not fix. I don’t know any more what to do I am lost of words very disturb about this. Please any one can you please follow up what going on .

    I’m so frustrated I feel like I’m losing my mind.I was given two faulty cars and promised 4others so as a result I’m using taxis because I had to return their second faulty car.

    Worst service ever the customer care email address is also useless,no one responds or even bothers to assist.Im fed up with Kia honestly.

    I have a compliant to make about Kia Motors Fourways,

    on Cedar Rd &, Uranium St, Fourways, Sandton, 2055.

    I have received the worst car dealership service experience ever from this Kia dealership.

    I gave them my white Kia Soul 2016 model on the 24th of April 2019, and today it is 02 of May 2019, and I haven’t received it back.

    I did not receive feedback on the 24, and 25th and had to go there myself in the afternoon of the 26th to get a report on my vehicle. They told me what the problem was but had not ordered any parts whatsoever for the vehicle. They only ordered the part on the 26th of April and said that they would get back to me the following week.

    On Monday the 29nd of April I still did not get feedback from the dealership and went back again only to discover that the part had not arrived. I complained to them about not getting feedback and they called me on Tuesday 30th of April 2019 to inform that they had gotten the part and were working on it. Later in the day they called me to say that the vehicle would not be ready because on the same wheel that they worked on, they only discovered the other problem after inserting the new ordered part, right behind the thing that they had replaced.

    They did not do any electronic or holistic testing on the vehicle. They basically tested it with their own eyes only and said to themselves, “Well, there’s the problem and we are going to fix that”. Is that how things are done at Kia Motors?

    As a result I did not get my vehicle back. Furthermore they told me that the system was offline on Tuesday and they couldn’t order the parts. It is the 02 of May 2019, and a week later I still do not have my vehicle back.

    I was not offered or given a courtesy car for the inconvenience and it is now 13:00 in the day and I have not received any feedback whatsoever.

    I have not had ownership of the vehicle for more than a month and I have driven it for only two weeks, and yet I am expected to pay for the problems on the vehicle.

    Furthermore the dealership took my old vehicle which is a Mercedes A250 as a trade-in deal for the Kia Soul on the first week of April and yet on the 2nd of May 2019 the car is not yet paid up according to the bank and I am still owing.

    If this is not resolved on the 03 May 2019 at 13:00 I will be calling the bank that I am financing with, and calling Consumer rights commission.

    Please assist on these matter urgently.

  9. stay away from this brand ..they cannot reair teir own cars …it is frustrating …my car been in 8 time with enginw problem and goes into for same falut every 2 weeks ..my advise buy a german car

  10. Complaint KIA Pinetown

    I feel very unhappy with the service provided by Kia Pinetown.
    I have purchased 7 vehicles over the past 10 years from Kia Pinetown and I have been so disappointed in the service received.
    My recent complaint is of my vehicle Reg number NU146167

    I have been complaining about the injector since 70 000 km. The vehicle have been for every 10 000 km service and is now standing on 150 000 km and the issued is still not resolved.,
    My vehicle were standing there for 2 weeks and still no positive outcome. NOW since my service plan expired they want to charge me for it. I do not feel that it is fair since I have been complaining about the issue since 70 000 km.

  11. KIA Roodepoort

    I took my Kia Cerato 2012 to Kia Roodepoort to check a sound that was coming from the front of my car I asked them to give me a quote to fix it and a quotation on the 120 000 km services. I told them to take their time checking for the sound as I have a spare car and did not need it to be done in a hurry.

    I received a phone call from Amellia on the 9 November 2020 at about 13h00 advising me the noise was my front shocks and gave me a price of R13K for the service and replacing the shocks, I said to her they must just do services and will come back to her about the shock as I was not entirely sure that was the noise.
    I went and collected my car on the 11 November 2020 and paid R4532.30 for the work done on the car.

    That Saturday 14 November 2020 I took my car to Lombard tyres to check if they could determine were the sound was coming from, they check my car and came back to me 15 minutes later and said me I needed to change my stabilizer bush but that we must buy genuine Kia stabilizer bush as the aftermarket does not work on the Kia’s.
    The checking by Lombard tyres cost me R150.00.

    I told them to order the parts let me know when I can bring the car in, I took the car in on Friday 20 November 2020 at about 9h15 and at 11h00 the owner called me tell me my car is done, I have been driving this car all weekend to work and back with no sound anymore.

    My wife and myself both have Kia’s and we been taking our cars to Kia Roodepoort for the last 7 years to be serviced, this will be the last time I will be taking either of the cars back there again, I was really disappointed with all the technicians, equipment and technology you could not find the fault, it took a small business compared to your global company and had it fix for less than R2500.00.

    Your Kia Roodepoort branch must not take customers as fools as I have been selling aftermarket spares for over 28 years, so I knew they were tell me shit story about the shocks, this was not first time they tried to bullshit us, the last time they tried to tell my wife she needed to change the clutch kit, this was 2 years ago we are still riding the same car with same clutch kit? customers are not fools so don’t try and make out if we are.

    Make sure your Kia Roodepoort services and technicians know what they doing as I personally do not think they have any idea what they are doing, really disappointed!!
