    KFC RESTORAN JEJANTAS SG BULOH
    1. No smiling welcome from Hidayah (order counter)
    2. The same person failed to punch French Fries as order. So I hv to place order again.
    3. Can’t hear her voice clearly. This make the order nvr place properly.
    4. My order was abondand. Those place order later get their meals but not mine till I approach the guy!!!
    5. Lastly there’s no sorry from none of them!!!
    6. The French Fries isn’t well cooked.
    7. In this middle situation a woman KFC staff approach me with rude You sudah order belum? What’s this? Where’s usage of Mr or Encik???
    I’m really disappointed with this terrible behaviour frm KFC staff!!!

  2. Breakfast portion doesn't deserve the price we paid.

    I would like to make a complaint on the portion of mac & cheese breakfast serve at KFC Jalan Raja Laut branch. I can’t believe that i paid RM6.00++ and deserve only HALF BOWL of mac & cheese in it.

    Moreover, i tried porridge (breakfast) as well and the porridge is also only half. I have the same breakfast at the other branch but they served so much better than here.

    I hope to see improvement soonest possible and at least the portion is worth the price we pay for it.

  3. Saya merupakan pelangan setia kfc kerana anak2 saya gemar makan kfc. Sy ingin membuat aduan tentang servis bahagian taking order yg berat mulut untuk tawarkan pelanggan pakej atau promotion makanan yang murah. Contohnya saya ingin order nuggets 9 ketul tetapi sy tidak ditawarkan promosi nuggets 15 ketul yg berakhir november ini. Saya minta casher cancel untuk tukar kepada promosi mereka enggan sy sgt2 tdk berpuas hati. (kfc bukit pasir batu pahat)

    Customer seorg je… tp order kne tnggu dkt 15minit… sy pun pnh kje kfc normal store… busy jugak.. tp tkdelah nk tnggu 1 food dkt 15min… lps tu cashier diam je… bukan nk inform ke apa… cashier nama (training Diyana KFC medan idaman gombak)… sy dtg 3-4kali klu dia dok Cashier mmg lmbt produk keluar… klu backup busy… pergi la tolong sttlekan produk… nmpk sgt takde teamwork… pg2 buat org sakit hati…

    Hi, I just want to tell that KFC Kajang Delivery outlet is the best and I hope they can maintain the quality because I’ve been ordering for so much from the takeaways and also delivery and I am very very satisfied with the services. One of the rider that usually deliver my order is so nice and always get on the estimated time.   7. Confusion on Prices

    Hello, I’m from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah would like to get some clarification about Nugget Box from Super Jimat Box menu. The price of that meal is RM8.90 as it was shown on the TV advertisement but when I went to buy the Nugget Box, the price is RM11.20. I would like to know if there is any different price between the Peninsula and Sabah and Sarawak.

    Dukacita saya..baru first time nak cuba mkn wafer stick di kfc..saya amikla bucket combo yg skali ada dgn set wafer stick..tp sayangnya xboleh nak dimakan mahupun gigit..teramat2 keras sgt..apabila saya tanya di cashier beliau ckp mmng cmtu wafernya..sbb wafer jenis goreng mmng keras..bagi sy..apa guna dijual bg mnipu planggan jika planggn xdpt nk mnikmati makananan tersebut..nape perlu menipu pelanggan. Saya amat2 terkilan sangat2…pulang dgn rsa kkcewaan teramat..sy berharap pihak atasan perlu follow up pkara ini..terima kasih

  9. Complaint cheating action of KFC staff

    I would like to make a complaint on cheating action of KFC staff Serinah Abd samat KFC Tesco Rawang.
    Actually I am KFC loyal customer.
    It been several time that I order combo set less 1 pice of chicken, I tried to understand that maybe KFC staff is to busy, thus I just forgot it.
    Unfortunately this afternoon I bought (take away) 1 set dinner plate with 3 pices chicken, 1 set 2 pieces combo with rice & 1 set super jimat box with ginzer burger.
    Every time I will check the order before leaving, but I didn’t check for today due to rushing.
    I’ve realised that zinger burger was omitted after back home.
    After several time it happened, from my point of view that they are not careless but they purposely to cheat customer.
    I felt very disappointed the action of KFC staff.
    It not only ruin the staff own image, but it also bring bad impact to KFC reputation.
    Kindly take action to those immoral action.

    Hi, I had purchased Kepci Combo Plan 5x2pc for RM59.00 dated April 23, 2020. After I enter to the apps intend to purchase but i noticed that my area are not in the map, called to Hotline rang for more than 10min but no answer, make an inquiry thru email but no feedback.
    May i know how to get back my refund?

    How come my order 2set of 12pcs chicken all gv me chicken badan . Paha n wing also not have . For my request dada dont want only . I CALL TO BRAND KFC HE SAY ONLY LEFT CHICKEN BADAN .     the restaurant manager is so rude. i call him out to settle out some issues and he keep passing the info through his staff and telling his staff he don’t wanna meet me. so unprofessional
