  1. Upset

Joseph George went above and beyond. He made sure that we are a happy customer. Such a great salesman. But as for the loan officer Nat Emmans, he was just horrible. Very rude. Ask him a question and he just ignore, doesnt want to answer. Nate Emmans want to sales me all kind of warranty. And when I decline, didnt want to purchase any warranties. He began to act rude. And even when we purchase our car, he doesnt read out or let us know what we are signing for. Have to read and constantly ask him question that he doesnt want to answer. Very rude. Horrible service. He think that he is better than anyone. Also, I bought my trail hawk brand new and yet the alignment is already bad. Joseph George is a very great salesman. He did want he needed to be done. Did a thorough walk explaining what the car does and everything. Spend such amount of time to explain everything. Great salesman. Thank you.

  2. Cheating customers

I Have 2019 Grand Cherokee Laredo , And I have a complain about your Saudi Arabia Dealer ( United Motors Company ) , They are cheating customers as they cheat me.

I bought the Car on December 2019 and before i Receive it they promise me to change the tiers with confirmation of the Customer Services and Sales Guys in the showroom .

and they inform me they make an order for new Tires and the will replace it on January . so i did not accept to receive the care unless the confirm the issue by giving me a copy of the email from the Management to change the Tires.

So, I got the car and after one month i get back to them for tires changing but the shock me by ignoring my request and refuse .

So , since January 2020 till now they are refusing and if you want i will send you a copy of the email ( that confirm their promise of changing the tires ) ..

also, the Passenger Seat front one was damage also, till now they did not change it.

    what is this company ?

  3. Wanted to live a Jeep lifestyle - now just stuck with recalls and bills

I’m not the happiest Jeep owner at the moment. When I first got a lease on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler 4-door I was living on top of the world. Camping. Trails. Doors Off. Life was good. But shortly after having the vehicle I’ve had issue after issue. First I was affected by the wobbler issue – which felt like I was going to lose control if I hit a bump going between 60-70 mph on the highway – this was fixed during the first year of ownership via a recall. Then – more recently – I noticed that in 3rd – 5th gear my clutch would feel like it was over-revving and slipping. I contacted my dealership and they told me there was no issue — but they proceeded to replace the clutch pressure plate due to another recall. Now – SEVERAL months later the clutch issue is persisting and they are quoting me $2000 to fix a clutch they are saying has “no teeth” left. Conveniently the warranty on that part is up now and was barely up when I first noticed the clutch issue. I have 7 months left on my lease and now I need to choose between driving spending an extra $235 a month for the remainder of the lease to drive safely or Lift/Uber everywhere. Feel like this was a problem that could have been caught earlier (when I first noticed it) but now I am footing the bill. I hope other who get Jeeps with manual transmissions are aware of this – hopefully Jeep can help rectify this because now I am having to make tough financial choices because of this.

  4. Cease and desist letters to jeep clubs?

Stop sending cease and desist letters to jeep clubs. They are showing pride and support for your products.
Jeep clubs, jeepers and jeep enthusiasts spend alot of money on your product.
Not a good way to support your customer base especially when ford is offering a competitive product.
I am on my 3rd jeep wrangler and a brand loyalist.
why would you want jeep clubs to change their names?

  5. Why bother?

Apparently Jeep Corporate could give a hoot about abusive employees under their flag as well. I had an employee follow me out to the parking lot barking at me.
I am pretty sure they could care less so long as their franchise keeps paying them. I am actually surprised they even have a site to lodge complaints as they clearly are not concerned.
Probably has alot to do with the Social Justice Warrior culture that has infected corporations in the US
