Very bad customer services
I had the worst experience dealing with Hyundai Leduc, They sold me a Santa Fe 2019, I pay for a remote stared and they didn’t install it , plus it has a stain in the front board, I asked to them to take it out and they didn’t. plus they told me remote started will take a few hours to install it and they took two days to do it.
when they sold me the Santa Fe they gave me a final price and then when we when to sign everything they tried to add a extra charge (small charge) but they make me feel so bad when I told them i will not accept any additional charge.
So, definitely I Experienced one of my worst customer service.
Usually I would like to change the branch to do all my Santa Fe services
Repaired,replaced or scammed
Ok ,here we go ,I purchased a 2009 Santa Fe in August 2020 in a private sale ,they had bought it new ,it has110km ,he informed me of a recall for a valve gasket leak that was apparently repaired by Burlington dealership 8/19/20 RH50923 invoice no, the repair says leak repaired,took it home still leaking all over driveway ,also on 624/20 invoice shows a replacement, of 6 sparkplugs RH49197 , so I took it in for the oil leak to be repaired because it was still under warranty ,they told me they would wash the engine to see where it was leaking from ,took it back for inspection, I told them my wife is a health care worker who depended on the car to get to work , so I took the vehicle to personal mechanic, told me the only leak was at the corner of valve gasket it was leaking onto the alternator ,and was a fire hazzard, was no leak any where else ,so when the dealership called me , they told me it was leaking from the timing chain gasket aswell as the oil pan gasket and a slight leak at the corner valve cover gasket ,,they gave me a phone quote $2500 plus tax ,t failed to provide the written estimate was not impressed,clerk found hand written estimate on file..stating that unusual… after talking to service manager , with some anger about the dealerships diagnosis, he went to speak to his technician ,he suggested to just fix valve gasket leak for now at no charge ,which they did ,fine ,so they power washed the engine took it home ,when we got home car started running rough,throwing codes ,#4 cylinder misfire ,so I called dealership service Manager said it would go away ,let the car run for half hour ,no luck ,so I took the car to my mechanic, we replaced #4 plug and coil pack ,decided to check number 2 and 6 all up front , the 2 and 4 plugs seem to be original and the 6 looked fairly newer ,I have photos , I did find an invoice from another service where the 6 plug was changed at another garage ,and the others look original factory ,but then there’s the invoice that says they were changed.. bill of $1041.49 ,so that leads me to believe possibly the 1,3,5 pugs were never done ,?I also asked to have alternator be replaced ,because I was worried a problem later ,and was suppose to under the recall , I have not called the dealership back to discuss this issue ,because I have lost trust in them ,now I feel there are others getting scammed as well for big money , i have the car running proper for now ,but question the actual repairs and replacements done and the as well as lack of computer generated $2500.00 estimate for the further suggested repairs for which other mechanics have claimed as unnecessary .
