Am David and I bought a HTC 10 evo last month on 26th within a week and half the screen started breaking into two half on the right-side of the screen display.later on it the same screen turned blackened though sometimes it gets normal clear.. how would you assist me.. and where are you located at Nairobi kenya.

My HTC phone not installing the latest version of whatsapp.
My HTC phone is not installing the latest version of whatsapp. My phone is HTC one M8, android version 5.0. But the phone can install an old version of the same app, which is out of date. Any other app can be installed. The error is ‘App not installed’. Kindly assist
