    Dear Manager,

    Good afternoon to you,
    I am writing this letter to make a complaint about your credit card department service,
    I am your platinum card holder ONG KING SENG with my credit card number 4617 7290 0628 5796,
    My credit card has been blocked in October 2018 without any notification,
    I did make a call to call center and requested to visit nearest HSBC branch to “Update information”.
    I went to Sri Gombak Branch on the next day, but the staff do not know what to do,
    The staff even make a call to call center to clarify what information should update,
    I didn’t change my personal information, milling address, phone number all remain the same.
    And I very unhappy to reply as “Our staff will call you within 3 to 5 workings day to ask about it”,
    This is a very bad feeling to me as I am in your branch and your stuff in front me but cannot do anything.

    I did make total Four time call to call center to ask the status,
    Till today 03 December 2018, no one can help me.
    I have few insurance plan stuck because this issue,
    I feel shame to use your credit card as my insurance agent keep asking me “do you have another bank credit card”
    I really don’t understand how can HSBC treat your platinum card holder in this way
    And provide so poor service.

    I will terminate this credit card since HSBC don’t appreciate us.
