Absolutely will not ever buy this brand again. All I wanted was a functional printer that was affordable. I was not able to get my printer to print due to a drivers issue. A chat window popped up with help to install drivers. This is a company in Surrey BC claiming to work for HP, after a two hour conversation with a technician he wanted $ 300. – $600. dollars to hack in to your computer and reprogram everything. HP you need to be aware of these people that are claiming to represent your company with customer support. As for your products I will be returning my printer as it is a reminder of a very bad experience.
