terrible customer service in Langkawi Gdex
I would like to complain about Langkawi branch Gdex. What is the purpose for you to install the phone, if you never want to answer the call. NEVER! NEVER! I tried called you in front of your office just to make sure is the number that I called is correct. End up, what I saw is the phone is ringing (which mean that is the correct number I called) , and YOU were just sitting beside the phone, and never try to pick up the phone. The whole langkawian are complaining the same issue. Please don’t find excuse to say you are busying to pick up the phone. Every courier services are doing the same job like you, but why other people can do it, and you can’t ?!
I have been waiting for my parcel for days, and the parcel was arrived Langkawi 3 days ago, YET I’m still haven’t receive. Do you know it caused how much sales I lose just because of your service.
