Warranty
General product warranty against defective materials and manufacturing defaults inclusive of parts and service for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
1. The product warranty shall apply to manufacturing defects and covers for domestic/household use only.
2. Product issues due to natural disaster, acts of god, customer misuse, mishandling, wrong installation, product handled by an unauthorized technician, wear and tear parts, accessories are not covered by general product warranty.
3. Warranty card must be duly completed with dealer’s shop, purchase date and returned to Exact. Quality Sdn Bhd or registered online at www.e-quality.com.my within 14 days.
from the date of purchase. Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase or Tax Invoice.
4. Warranty card is not transferable and not replaceable in the event of the loss.
