I have emailed 3 to 4 times and getting no reply card was lost then found but a block on my card can’t use it can you unblock my card I have given all the information with my card number it’s 4 weeks this Sunday it’s awful it can’t be sorted I have asked to unblock my card why is no one replying to me
Having disabilities Costa coffee (Basildon Essex) have put security code locks on the toilets and if you are partialy sighted and can not read the code you will end up wetting yourself or have learning diffaculties, this is discrimination on Disabled, please can you remove them and make it easy access for all.

I would like to say a big Thank you to the Manager and staff at Heathrow T4 Departures /Late afternoon flight/for the excellent customer service, helping his staff to speed up the service, amazing patience!
