Casio is multinational electronics manufacturing company started in the year 1957 with its headquarters located in Japan.

The company designs and supplies calculators, mobile phones, cameras, musical instruments, watches etc. It is the first company to produce the electric compact calculator in the year 1946.

The first  product that was successful was Yubiwa Pipe which is a finger ring that holds the cigarette and this project yield the major profit during those days.

Those profits were used by the Casio brother to develop the calculators that worked using gears and operated using the motor.

From the 1980s, the company started introducing the electronic instruments, musical keyboard instruments, wrist watches that gained huge popularity in those days.

A large number of digital cameras are also manufactured by the company of which digital camera with LCD screen with 3 megapixels became very famous.
