Return & Refund Policy

If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to Avent Store, subject to conditions below. Please read all conditions below.

If conditions are not met, Avent Store reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

Conditions
*All electronics items is strictly not returnable or exchangeable
*All nonelectrical returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, unused and in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and all accessories.
*Nonelectrical defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or equivalent model prices.
*Shipping charges are not refundable and if your items were shipped with free shipping, we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund before crediting the balance into your account.
*Delivery cost incurred for returning the items will be borne by the customer and if during the returning transit, any damages or lost to the returned items, should be borne by customers.

Kindly email us within 3 days of receiving your items if you wish to return the item. We will issue you a product return confirmation email and the return items must reach us within 7 days from the date of the product return confirmation email.

We will conduct an evaluation within five (5) business days of receiving your returned items, you will receive an email once the returned item is received at the warehouse.

Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed
