Went a few times to Amway Centre in Persiaran Karpal Singh, Penang to buy the Car Silicon Glazer but each time it was out of stock. Over 2 months the stock not replenish. Poor service.
This evening found the stock. So I queued for 10 minutes to pay. Though there were several customers only they took a long time at the 3 payment counters.
When my turn came, the counter staff scanned and said the item cannot be sold. Said “fresh from oven item”, so asked me to wait. After 15 minutes, the staffs nonchalantly told me to come back tomorrow for the item.
Wow, I thought the staff must be thinking they are working in government department. They can simply turn away customers. And we got nothing to do but come back anytime.
What a shabby service for such reputable company as Amway.
Thumbs down for you. Your services way to go. Unacceptable.
