RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

To return or exchange any BAGGU product in like-new condition within 30 days from the purchase date. They will refund your credit card for the purchase price, less shipping, once they receive your return package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Exchange items will be shipped to you at no additional cost. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Products purchased through their website can also be returned or exchanged at their Brooklyn Store location. Please note that refunds will take up to 2 business days to process.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Please send an email to info@baggu.com for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. They cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this code. In your email, please specify your order number, item, and reason for return or exchange.
