•This Limited Warranty is given only to the original purchaser of the Product.

•This Limited Warranty shall last for twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase.

•Warranty applies only to the hardware components of the Product.

•If HTC repairs or replaces the Product, the repaired or replaced Product shall continue to be warranted for the remaining time of the original Warranty Period or for three (3) months from the date of repair.
