  1. Veeeeeery bad ,account application that took me to weeks without confirm.

    I had a very bad experience.on the 12th October 2018 I went to the nearest ackermans store which is modimolle to open a black card .I was assisted by Lawrence Leshabane ,first thing I was told that my account is going to decline without even checking on the system or anything by just looking at my payslip.I thought he is making a joke.I ddnt even answer him.As he was busy there one of his colleagues told him just do it let the system decide on that.and I was told that they need a bank statement or 3 months payslip.the very same day after work I received a call from head office everything went well and was also reminded to bring my bank statement also which I did bring the very same day when I knock off and I gave Lawrence again the bank statement .The following day I received request that I have to bring my bank statement so I ignore the sms as I know I did submit it .Few days later I still receive the request smses then I went back to the store to enquire about this ,lucky enough I found Lawrence on duty I asked if I should be worried because I am receiving this request smses or I should I gave him again the bank statements to
    re-submit?since I haven’t received any confirmation of the account he did re-scan the statement.So I ddnt want to go to any ackermans store thinking I will mix up things so I patiently waited until yesterday I went to the store and asked for a manager to ask him how long should i wait since it almost two weeks I submitted my application but I still it looks like nothing is concluded.I was assisted by Tebogo and he said since because of the very high credit limit I was given it can take a month for the account to be confirmed.I asked him to call head office so I can call them I did speak to someone although the line was very bad or maybe is their phone because it wasn’t the first time I request to speak with head office and the phone just cut off and the speaker of the phone is very low after Tebogo told me that I must not worry to much as the status of my account on the system is still requesting a bank statement and I did bring it and the delay is caused by the very high credit limit.immediately when I was back on lunch I received an sms that my account will be closed as I ddnt bring all the documentation which I did bring!?I’m really hurt , confused and shocked by the way ,application went please I urgently ask that Lawrence and Tebogo really need training on this matters like this as the store will be loosing sales and business because of them

I have a bad customers service at khayelitsha mall cashier are very rude include the management its not the first time they so rude to me reasons why i keep on shopping there is because its close to my house 2 minutes walk . The way the so rude you would swear they doing us customers a favour for opening the store

  5. Upset Customer

    I am very upset with Ackermans Promenade mall Mitchell’s plain i know its this Pandemic but its really unnecessary to only take 25 poeple after 3 hours.. poeple are standing in the Queues since this morning and the manager is super unprofessional and speaks in Afrikaans and we are mixed race… how is this gonna be rectified.. the service is beyond terrible.. rating you 0
