    I bought some tickets on line for Petronas Tower, you called me that yesterday was not possible andI have to go today and still nobody is bringing me the tickets. Not very impressed!I

    I am writing this e-mail to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. Unfortunately, I can’t help but submit this complaint hoping for fair compensation and adequate resolution.

    I had originally booked a stay 60’s Hostel at Singapore from 21 Aug 2019 to 22 Aug 2019 for my long waited solo trip experience through booking.com.

    However, it was been my worst booking experience through booking.com. The day(21 Aug 2019) I were check in, and left my luggage on my bed, and start my solo explore experience in Singapore. Around 10pm, soon after I back my hostel and after the bathing, when I prepare to sleep, I feel itchy around my head and legs. I switch on my bed light, I start exploring my bed. I saw there are two type of colour bugs. One is white colour mini bugs, and a brown colour bugs. Soon after, I jump off my bed, and keep all my belonging aside. And my neighbour ask what happen to me. I saw I saw some kind of bugs. They also facing the same problem.

    Soon after I went to receptionist, one of the in charger say will help me to look for approver to switch to other no bed bug room. However, I waited for 30 min. He say his colleague haven’t reply him. Hance, I request to cancel my booking, and I want to move to others hotel. Then the man(staff) only start bring me to visit others room.

    The first room I visit, I do really concern on bugs, hence I switch on my phone’s torchlight. I also saw some bugs walking on the beg.

    Then the staff bring me to second room, there ware 6 empty beds. Ones I step in, I saw the first 2 beds, was with mini dot of blood, which is the sign of bed bugs. And I do not want to wreak my trip or risk my life, I asked to refund and I want to move out. And it was 12:13am in the midnight.

    I were using 30 minutes to search alternative accommodation for me, and I were walking alone and risking my life to look for a better place to have a more comfortable bed. Just to look for a cleanest bed, I walked 15 mins in the midnight (12:45am).

    The next day (22 Aug 2019), I went back to the hostel (60’s Hostel), I ask for the refund. They( 60’s Hostel) do agree to so refund with the unpleased caused. However, they say my booking was go through booking.com, hence they can not do anything.

    Hence, I am here to request of refund of my hostel fee of $20 Singapore dollar.

    I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances. I trust that booking.com will deal with this issue is a top urgent issue. Please revert through this email to offer the compensation for my lost. Thanks.
