  1. No Reliable VW Service in Muskoka Lakes

    VW Orillia owner and service performance – service appointments take 5-7 days to book? Warranty work is bumped out by by snow tire installations? When escalated the Dealer owner Mr Levin argued and attempted to lecture me?

    We have purchased 3 consecutive VW vehicles. My next vehicle will be a Ford Escape and NOT a VW Tiguan due to the lack of reliable service north off Orillia and due to the bad attitude of the Orillia dealership

  2. Vw sault ste marie are conmen

    The owners of vw sault ste marie are con men. Brought my jetta in 3 times for hem to figure out the problem paying them each time. In the end the told me the glow plug in cylinder 3 was seized. That was a lie. It was actually stripped. Ive drilled tapped and installed a helicoil, all fixed no thanks to them. They also told me i had recalled parts. Was hoping they would change the recalled parts in the process, they didnt. In the end the told me to bring the car back where i got it and sent me on my way without changing the recalled parts. I feel like thats against the law. The said the other dealership should have changed the recalled parts. Good job on passing the buck.

  3. Volksfest ads

    The new campaign for Volksfest is using veiled obscenities to get people’s attention, at least I assume that is the reason. We’ll chalk up one customer lost.

    There is no conceivable reason that this method of promotion would have passed a focus group let alone your CEO.

    Good luck with it but please know that not only have you lost me as a customer but also, I will actively campaign against you with anyone I know who owns a VW or is considering buying one.

  4. More Like The People’s Lemon!

    Do Not purchase any VWs manufactured after 2016. They’re all just absolute garbage!
    My 2018 Tiguan has been in for more service calls than all of my previous VWs combined and no one at VW Canada wants to do anything about it. Horrible company with even worse customer service. I will NEVER purchase a VW again. I’ve already talked my dad and two of my friends out of even test driving one and I will continue to make sure non of my loved ones purchase one either.

    I have heard your commercial on the radio, I just wanted to send my deepest sympathy to the company, it is sad that you could not afford to have writers that had some imagination and talent that they needed to Dig to the bottom of the barrel for this particular advertisement. I’m disappointed I expected better from this company. There’s really nothing else to say!
