  1. Lousy App

    I did my ticket booking via SQ App (one of the lousiest app I’ve used), and it caused me so much trouble and stress. The app had issues processing payment and charged me 3 times. I’m not sure how 3 similar bookings can be allowed, it just doesn’t make sense. Even after the bookings were successfully charged, there were no confirmation emails sent, hence I wasn’t aware. It was only until two days before my flight, I received all the emails at once.

    THREE WEEKS AGO, I called SQ hotline TWICE to ensure that they have processed a refund for the 2 additional charges (booking ref: RUPNQO & S3MFWL) yet there’s no refund till date. How can I trust SQ again when they did not fulfill what they assured me of? May I know if anyone can be efficient enough to get this done? It is not supposed to be my problem that SQ App has so many issues and charged me multiple times?
