It is a part of Lenbrook Group and Dr. Martin L. Borish is the founder of the company.

The company manufactured its first audio outsource of electronics in east Africa. Later, in the year 1991, the company was acquired by Danish firm Nord and sold to Lenbrook Group of Pickering, Ontario in the year 1999.

The company develops the products according to the needs of customers with the passion for making an audio equipment which delivers pleasant sound for the customers.
