General Warranty Period: Miele will repair free of charge any Product/s which are supplied by Miele and located in Malaysia or repair or replace any part or parts.

12 months from the Delivery Date of the Product, except where the Product is a vacuum cleaner, 24 months from the Delivery Date;

six (6) months from the Delivery Date of the Product where the Product has, in Miele’s opinion, been used for any purpose other than as a personal household appliance

Extended Warranty Period: Except in the case of vacuum cleaners, the General Warranty Period referred will be extended for an additional 12 months if the Customer registers the Warranty online at Miele’s website at www.miele.my.
