  1. Service center lacking

    Every time I go to Peugeot Glenmarie for service, there will end up being a delay. Even if I have a 9am appointment and get there at 850, I won’t get called till 930, just to drop off the car. They really need to get their act together. I love the cars, but service center will make me not buy another one again. Though it seems like over the years they have improved in terms of staff being more pleasant and professional, but if they don’t get their processes right, it’s not going to matter. Ultimately customers want efficiency and effectiveness. Both sorely lacking.

  2. The most lousiest service from a car manufacturer Peugeot

    My nightmare begun after sending my car 5008 to your Petaling Jaya service center for engine replacement on 28 Jul 2018.

    Till to date, no confirmation neither from your care line or service center whether when can i collect my car which is collecting dust at service center for more than 5 months.

    It is really disappointing and frustrating to wait endlessly without car to use.
