Batteries
Energizer will repair or replace, at our option, any device damaged by leakage from Energizer MAX AA/AAA Alkaline batteries (with “Energizer No Leaks. Guaranteed.

Or they will replace your device.” on the package). If an exact replacement is not available, devices may be replaced with a product of comparable market value at the time of claim.

Lighting

Energizer will only replace a customer with a new Flashlight on the following terms:
Proof of Purchase must be provided when returning a Flashlight.
Replacements will be conducted on all nonrecharge lights if the return is within 12month of purchase.
For rechargeable lights, there is a limited warranty of 2 years which is already in a pack.

Chargers

Energizer will only replace a customer with a new Battery Charger on the following terms:
Proof of Purchase must be provided when returning a Battery Charger. They will not accept the product return without proof of purchase.
Replacements will be conducted on all Battery Chargers if the return is within 12month of purchase.
