    Hi Emirates,

    If you are not already aware, your partner Cartrawler have been acting in a most trying unethical manner. I have tried several times to cancel my car hire I had booked for June, but Cartrawlers website does not allow anybody to cancel their booking – instead suggesting if it is because of covid19 that you try again closer to the pickup date, but in the mean time they would have debited the credit card with the full amount! With my trip to the UK of course cancelled, as there is no chance of leaving the country, I tried to cancel my car hire in mid March, but the website said as I was trying to cancel outside of 42 days, try again within that time period. This I did this week, only to be told on the website that we see that you trying to cancel your car hire outside of 14 days, try again within that time period, as you may still want to go on holiday! Meanwhile they will take the full amount of the car hire price ,with a dim chance of getting your money back! There is no contact details for customer service anyway to be found, no email, web chat, or phone numbers! Terrible!

    Please, please Emirates, disassociate yourselves with this company asap, it is not doing yourselves any favours!
