Went to Kentucky Fried Chicken yesterday - November 14th,
Nov 14, 2018 – went to Kentucky Fried Chicken on Niagara Street in Welland, Ontario. Got 6 pieces of chicken. I don’t know where you are getting your chicken from but these were all skin and bone and hardly any chicken at all. It was really greasy. Is this how you are serving your chicken now, please let me know and it will be the last time I ever go to KFC – please reply:

Horrible chicken – bought a bucket, special occasion and the 5 of us sat there wondering what to do. Wrote a letter to head office, and it came back to us in the mail. No such address.
They don’t want to hear about our experiences.

On January 1st 2019 I had called KFC i ordered it on the phone so
automatically they put the order threw to
the center mall in Hamilton, Ontario on burton st i waited 2 hrs no food aparently it’s been closed for 2 weeks but on their computer it’s telling them it’s open so I didn’t get no food how can u help me out thank god for mikes sub it was open on January 1st 2019 and they new KFC on burton st across from the center mall was closed

3 times I have got half cooked chicken in the last 4 months from this place. Took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to me and I only live 3 blocks away. The inside of the bucket was pooled in grease. I phoned to complain and got some person trying to offer me a couple of pieces of chicken and single fries for my trouble. NO THANKS. GET PEOPLE who can speak ENGLISH because it took me 10 minutes to explain the problem and I’m not sure they knew what I was talking about. This is appalling and I won’t be ordering any time soon again. I have been ordering your chicken for 45 years and this is the only store I have had problems with. The store address is 18 st. S.E. Disgusting chicken
Bought mixed bucket chicken and tenders and there was absolutely no resemblance to chicken of any kind. Tiny non descript parts and mostly bones and bad coating. Most disgusting. I will never eat kfc again as most went into the garbage.
bad listeners, crappy aditudes
went to KFC on 161 Trunk Rd, Sault Ste Marie, Ont. Bought 2 trilogy box meals for take out,, had to waiting 10 minutes for our meals, had no issues with the waiting time as we know it would be hot and fresh, got home which is 5-7 minutes way, to find out they made both sandwiches with spicy mayo. drove back to get it made right, but seem to get attitude from not 1 but both young girls working there. After them coming up to say they were having issues in the kitchen, waited another 4-5 minutes. they didn’t seem to care that my meal back home, due to their screw up was cold, it felt like they throw the sandwiches in the bag and than toosed them it me to say now F -off..

Port Hawkesbury NS chicken was really old looking not impressed , full of grease , not freshly cooked ,fries over cooked n hard , coleslaw was old n not fresh . Will not be back anytime soon .
confused and saddened
i have been a kfc customer for over forty years and i love your chicken but recently i have noticed a fair reduction in the size of your product and i have noticed that you now are cutting your rib pieces in half what are you thinking you are putting out a bad image for your company you are not thinking about us your customers the old mighty dollar is taking the front seat everyone i talked to have noticed this change i would love some feed back on this if you would me and my family are great supporters of your company and we would hate having to walk away from a place we loved for so long
Dealing with an company going down
I will be contacting KFC about my problem, I will be addressing to the CEO not hopeful of an answer. I tried to register on line for the vip status.
After that tried to register a delivery to my home, Couldn’t get order in the system. So tried to enter my order just the regular way.
Their order form is a farce they asked for store location which is bout 3 city blocks from my home. It shows where I live , thank I have lived here for 50yrs.
Tried to get the store address and it wasn’t listed,either they have a pirate store or the store is so bad they won’t acknowledge it.
I haven’t seen a positive response on this comment sight, unfortunately I do agree with the comments, the only chicken I will eat is the popcorn chicken.
