  1. Worst Customer Service Received

    Terrible !! Worst ever !! customer service. I did make a call to the provided number (0162211800) and I waited for 8 minutes (2 consecutive days) none of them answered the phone but charged me few Ringgit. Very unprofessional attitude.

    I been a royal digi user for almost 20 yrs.. and i have change from prepaid to line, know that it will be more benefits, shockingly my bill payment need to be done by 28th, and due to time restiction i was unable go to the center and make my bill payment..then the line was just blocked..now i m in singapore…to be honest with you this is a very disponting service from digi…and i will switch my line fro. Digi to maxis, and will ask all my family members as well..David

  3. I did speak aloud and im sure as hell that your ignorant employee definitely freaking heard me. But what he did was claimed that I spoke inaudibly and cut my phone with some indefinite murmur going behind.
