Saya beri 10/10 untuk customer services sebab saya mudah untuk menukar hari tempahan… kalau saya cancel booking saya kena charge half refund tetapi pelayan agoda ditalian yang peramah tolong urus perubahan dari 2 hari kepada sehari tanpa bayaran apa-apa pun walaupun tinggal sehari saja lagi masa yang sepatutnya saya check in di hotel berkenaan. very poor service by agoda. very hard to get customer service. phone call only for those person who already have booking ID. if no received booking ID need to email and need to wait for them to reply.

Worst customer service.
The worst customer service that I ever had to deal with in my entire life. They don’t answer their calls at all so there is no point in calling them. Have called them day and night for 2 days and still no response Very disappointing. Just got off the phone waiting for 30 minutes for someone to answer!

I will never use this app again. Me and my sister booked for 2 rooms but only one yg bolrh masuk. The most shit app ever. How come youve deducted my money but i ve never receive the confirmation email. Please be responsible because i have to pay for the room twice. And they never answer it when i call. Agoda, I paid hotel include for breakfast. 2 rooms, double room and family room at Grande hotel. But the staf tell me no breakfast, cz management was change. But how with my money?? I paid include a breakfast. You hve to take serius. Dont lose your cust.

Making a deduction from my account by 2 x but when contacted by Customer Service which does not help in solving the problem.
I made a complaint from 31st of July 2019 to the present day that there is still no answer or news.
All documents have been submitted to Agoda Customer Service but no reply.
Even small things like this are still unresolved, so don’t set up a Customer Service Department.
